This session explored opportunities to create flexibility and inclusivity in hiring so we can create opportunities for all to reach sustainable employment. It included a panel discussion with employers who have changed their hiring practices to be more equitable. Participants left with an increased understanding of how to implement policy/practices at their own organizations.
